“Why do I need professional financial coaching?”

Your needs are as unique as your specific situation:  you’re falling more behind in your bills each month; you’ve tried “budgeting” but could never make it work; you always seem to have a nothing in your savings account; you may pay your debts, but can’t make any headway toward retirement, saving for the future or your kids’ education.   Basically, you’d like a professional “coach” to help you implement a plan that really works for the long-haul, while you enjoy life along the way.


“Will my personal finances be kept confidential?”

Absolutely.  It is our policy to protect the privacy and confidentiality of all our clients. Your information will be shared with no one.


“Do you only coach those in financial hardship?”

No.  We provide coaching to the financially secure as well as those with current challenges.  We coach those with significant net worth to use sound principles and decision making to manage their finances well and build wealth. We are able to do this since we sell no financial products or services (investments, insurance, etc.), therefore providing wise, objective insight for your consideration


“Can I receive coaching via the phone?”

While we prefer coaching in person, we will agree to provide phone coaching when the individual or family lives beyond the Charlotte—Gastonia—Hickory areas. All five coaching options are available via the phone and it is required that the counseling information and forms to be filled out and sent back via fax or email at least two days prior to the phone appointment.
